For all orders placed through the website, you’ll receive an email outlining collection details for yourself or your carrier. Collection timeframes will be communicated in your order confirmation email. Collection times are Monday – Friday, 9am – 4.30pm.

Please note, our below locations do not operate as retail stores. Viewings are only available for bulk orders by appointment.

All orders placed through the site for delivery will be delivered by Mainfreight. Once a tracking code has been created for your order, we will communicate this for you to track, along with an approximate delivery date. Upon delivery, Mainfreight will call you confirming your delivery address and any last minute instructions.

For any orders that are late, please contact us and we’ll give Mainfreight a hurry up.
