You may return a purchased item if:

The item is not suitable

The item is faulty

The incorrect item was delivered

The item was damaged during delivery

Will I get a refund for the items I return?

If the item is being returned because it is faulty, incorrect, damaged during delivery or doesn't fit the purpose and can be resold then you will be eligible for a refund.

We will reimburse or supply freight for all associated freight costs and arrange for replacement(s) or a refund to be made.
