Terms and Conditions
- You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through the site with accordance to the terms and conditions. Don’t hesitate to give us a call if you’d rather place an order over the phone.
- We will provide delivery of products to your desired location where we provide delivery services.
- Timeframe of delivery is subject to timeframe of our carrier, Mainfreight.
- Products will only be released once goods are paid for in full.
- If you would rather use your own carrier that is fine by us.
- Onefarm currently have four centres nationwide. We’ve partnered with Mainfreight in Dunedin and Hamilton, Owens in Christchurch and Tomoana Warehouse in Hastings.
- All orders subject to the online store are paid for via Credit Card.
- If the item is being returned because it is faulty, incorrect, damaged during delivery or doesn't fit the purpose and can be resold then you will be eligible for a refund.
- We will reimburse or supply postage for all associated freight costs and arrange for another one to be sent or a refund to be made.
- We respect your privacy. We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance to the Privacy Act 1993.
